What a fun weekend we had!
Taya being silly in her grocery cart. Our friend Layla Endres had been borrowing it and we got it back this week. Taya must have missed it because she has been playing in it!

Grammy arrived on Wednesday to help celebrate Taya's birthday. Thursday night we grilled hamburgers on the charcoal grill and we made s'mores afterward. They were yummy (and messy!).
~24 weeks along. We're getting anxious to meet baby Mann #2.
Thursday night Grammy and I decorated the house so Taya could wake up to her decorations and gifts. We did a Minnie Mouse theme because she loves the show 'Mickey Mouse Clubhouse'.
We even found Minnie ears!

I had Friday off so we 3 girls spent the day together then we met Ethan on campus to swim. Taya fell asleep on the way home and slept until about 9:00 p.m. We had a late party via Skype but she was still pretty tired.

Omi sent a few books including Little Critter "Just Me and My Puppy" which was Ethan's when he was little. Taya insisted Ethan read it right away...

We had two computers set up...one to Skype with Omi and Papa and the other for Auntie Emlyn and Cody. It worked pretty well. She was too tired to open all of her gifts but she opened the ones from them and Irma, a friend of Omi's.

Taya had to get 2 shots on Saturday (now she is caught up until she's 4). I told her she needed to pick out some shoes to get ready to go. I went to my bedroom to finish getting ready and when I came out she had her left shoe on and was just about done getting the other shoe on. I was so impressed! They were even on the correct feet!
Doing some coloring with the box of 96 Crayolas from Aunt Erin (thanks Erin...now I have 96 colors to keep track of so they don't end up on my wall, ha ha). Taya loves the large selection.
Taya finished opening her presents today (she actually spread them out over 3 days). She opened this tutu from Grammy (made by my cousin, Katie). Notice the watch on her right hand...it's from Auntie Emlyn. Taya wore it to the mall yesterday and to church today.
We took Grammy back to the airport this afternoon. Taya was wearing a cap like daddy and wanted to help with the suitcase. It was adorable. She rolled it pretty far.
