After the evening of trick-or-treating, Taya had a Halloween party at 'school'. The first thing she saw was the mini cupcakes which excited her because she was a cupcake.
One of the activities was frosting a sugar cookie and decorating with sprinkles. Taya LoVeS sprinkles!
Saturday we were invited to an "Octoberfest" BBQ. It was at the house of a mom I met at story time. Taya had fun playing with her friend, Jackson, who is about the same age.
As I was sorting through some boxes looking for baby items, Taya found some stick-on tattoos and daddy helped her put one on.
I turned 28 on Nov. 3. It was a long, busy day at work and I was feeling pretty tired. Taya helped me open my gifts while I reclined and relaxed.
Tonight Ethan and Taya got the baby carrier all ready.
Taya really loves helping her daddy.
I had my "36 week" appointment on Tuesday (which I think is my 37th week).
Wt=148 lbs
BP=120/60
Baby's HR=128-132
I have been having many contractions, some of which are pretty strong. They are the worst after a long day at work so I have been trying to put my feet up and drink lots of water when that happens. I will probably need to start taking it easy but it's HARD! Luckily Ethan has been very helpful around the house...thanks honey!
We are going to Cleveland on Sunday to attend the Browns v. Patriots game and see our friend, Danny Woodhead, play football. My doctor told us he was going to be in Cleveland for the weekend if we should need him to deliver our baby in the parking lot. I laughed at the time, but maybe it's not so funny... :). I'm praying God grants me 2 more weeks to mentally prepare and so my mom will be here.
We will keep you posted!
